How long protection lasts, what written terms cover, and what every package excludes.
Two to five years, depending on coating chemistry, correction stage, and how the car is parked and washed. Each package states its durability in years, and the annual inspection re-measures paint depth in µm and gloss units.
Coverage is limited to coating defects such as delamination or loss of gloss within the stated term, subject to written terms, inspection requirements, and recommended aftercare. It does not cover new stone chips, scratches, stains, etching, or environmental damage.
No. A coating is a sacrificial layer that slowly wears and must be renewed. It also does not prevent all scratches, rock chips, stains, or etching on the paint beneath it.
Wash with a pH-neutral shampoo on a two-bucket method every two to three weeks, skip abrasive polishes and automatic brush washes, and bring the car in for the annual inspection so the coating history stays documented.
Chip repair, paint spraying, panel straightening, dent removal, interior work, and glass replacement are not part of the detailing packages. Where paint is missing, correction and coating stop and the panel is quoted separately.
